How do I get faster support?
Share your order ID, the name and phone number or email used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. That lets us resolve most requests in one reply.
How do I raise a return or exchange?
Return and exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery through the form here or on WhatsApp. Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact. See the Return / Exchange Policy for eligibility.
How are refunds issued?
Eligible returns are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year, once the product passes quality check. A return charge of Rs. 149 applies; exchanges for size are supported subject to availability.
Where is my order?
Prepaid orders are dispatched quickly and tracked from our side. Reply to your order confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID for a live update.
